I could not be happier with my hearing aids and the service that I received from these wonderful ladies, they’re sweet, nice professional, and there’s not enough good words or things to say about them. I travel approximately an hour from where I live to the Clinic clinic and we will continue to do so even though There are services closer to me I prefer theirs

Nothing but accommodating and professional. We bring my Aunt's hearing-aids in about once every other month for a full cleaning and checkup. Even for warranty issues, we will get a loaner. Patient and very helpful staff.

Not only are these folks excellent with their care, the are more than considerate of your time. I have had to cancel or change appointments due to all kinds of things and time and again they say that’s OK. They explain things thoroughly. They have giant smiles, candy in the waiting room. I cannot stress this enough - it’s Care After the Sale!! Yes, you can save $’s at Costco on hearing aids. But, after getting my devices in January, instead of starting off with full volume, they gradually adjusted the volume of my devices, based upon MY PERSONAL HEARING frequency loss, so that I could become accustomed slowly to the amplification, with full power reached over several months. The result was that I became accustomed to them slowly, and wearing them became secondary, unlike my Costco friend who doesn’t wear his! And the service doesn’t stop there! Just today, Joy, in addition to cleaning my devices, adjusted the noise reduction filter after I commented about the background fan noise in the glass studio that I spend time in. Hearing loss separates you from the world around you, and the people and events that you would like to experience; not surprising that hearing loss and mental decline and dementia are associated!!!

Lifetime Hearing once again took such good care of me today. They clean and keep my hearing aids in great shape! I’m so blessed to have their team taking care of me!

Great Place And Very Nice

Went into Lifetime Hearing yesterday having trouble with a new hearing aid where another place could not help me hear better with the new aid. I could hear but could not understand what anyone was saying. They took me in and when I left I could hear so much better and was told it would get better within another 2 weeks when I return. I was so very pleased where Heather and staff helped me feeling much better about my hearing in just 1 day compared to months with other place in Lebanon. After 2 years of great service I have been back for my 2 year checkup and had a new hearing test today and ordered a new hearing aid with Heather. She is great and spends all the time you need to explain everything from the test and make necessary changes to your program as needed. This is a great place for they take care of you and your hearing needs. All in the office is very helpful and go out of their way to help you. I would fully recommend Lifetime Hearing Clinic to friends and family. About 3 months Heather fitted me with a new hearing aid that was new and just out and it has been great. She told me about and checked and my insurance paid for most of it. I can hear better without using the Roger and hear much better than I could before I got this one. I want to thank the staff and Heather for getting this set up and giving me such good service. Had a hearing test today and got hearing aids checked and adjusted. So far I can hear so much better. I would recommend to all my friends and family for the excellent careI I got. Went to Lifetime Hearing Clinic with a problem with one of my Hearing Aids. Dr Holt took time to clean out my ears and adjust one of my hearing aids and i left feeling so much better. I will continue to let them give me such good service.

All of the ladies up front are welcoming and make you feel right at home. Heather is very friendly and shows she appreciates you being there at her practice. She is very knowledgeable about hearing loss and suggestion of hearing aids if you need them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. You will be glad you went there.

Nobody wants to admit their hearing is declining. But when your first response is “Huh?” More often than not, you need to be honest with yourself and go to the professionals. That’s what I did and I’m so glad my doctor referred me to Lifetime Hearing Clinic and Dr. Dooley! She put me right at ease the moment I met her and that feeling continued throughout the appointment. Personal care, delivered with kindness and compassion is more an art than a science. That’s what I experienced with Dr. Dooley. I feel very confident that all the T’s were crossed and the I’s dotted. Her diagnosis was right in line with what I expected and having answers to nagging questions is what I want from my doctors. If you prefer a warm and welcoming physician who speaks to you in terms you can understand, who genuinely cares about the patient and your unique circumstances, Dr. Dooley is who you need to see. I highly recommend this practice and this wonderful doctor.
